We have massive debt due to previous government borrowing to fund public services. Global Economy crashes and debts start getting called in, Euro zone also on the brink, so how does anyone suggest we reduce our debts?

If you are in debt you don't borrow more to pay off the debt unless you know you can then pay off the debt.

In addition they don't need to employ qualified teachers, but can employ people with no ability or aptitude at teaching instead.

Changes to the NHS to allow more private sector involvement. This, as has previously been seen in other sectors will result in the private sector 'cherry picking' the profitable work and leaving the non-profitable work to the public sector. This will cause the public sector to haemorrhage money, which will then be used as justification for back door privatisation.

Savage cuts to the police service that has resulted in the lowest numbers of police officers in 9 years and a 40% cut in the amount they have to spend on forensic provision. In addition, they shut the Forensic Science Service, a move that has cost them ~2.5 times the amount it cost to run and which has left the country in quite frankly a critical state when it comes to evidence processing.

In simple terms, the majority of this country is hoping desperately that 2015 comes before the damage they have inflicted becomes too severe to repair.

I have read other forecasts which have written off 2012 and very from -0.3% to -0.9% and downgraded 2013. I agree the Tories can not keep blaming it all on Labour, yes they cause some of it but the most damaging part came from the City mile & Banks even today after these scandals have come to light they still up to there ponzi ways.
