My first patrol in career mode. August 1939, a few weeks before the war starts.
Starting from Wilhelmshaven.

I was assigned to go to the south west of Britain, and patrol that area
(for whatever reason) But orders are orders :salute:
On my way towards that area, i encountered a couple of merchant ships, even warships, there is tension, but the war isn't yet declared. So i ignored them.

Here i spotted a Greek merchant ship, and sailed alongside them for a while ;)

Came across a unescorted cargo ship, deck gunned it from far away.
The cargo ship was armed. It was a solid 7000 tons.

The work on the color of the Atlantic is very good..I love the color of the water..the trembling of the waves by 6 ms before the storm..the magnificent sky...

Naval Academy..total success all planes shot down I was impacted by some minor damage..this mission is very difficult to succeed...you have to use a particular tactic.. he validates me... "good" and not "very good" I am a little disappointed.. it is very difficult to succeed 100% without damage...

I have tried a lot of mods...(8 years of experience in the Silent Hunter 3.4.5 series) built quite a few different assemblies but the work of Fifi as well as Kpt Lehmann & Team..are references of the genre..

Not sure if the red Running Devil emblem was part
Of a specific Flotilla? Because a couple of uboats carried this red emblem. The U-57 also did.
