Fired all four from 3400m and hit the Ore carrier and the Nippiwan tanker I aimed for. But would you look at what I did not see through the periscope at that distance:damn: And no reloads left, that was my last torpedoes.
Oh well, back to base.

No chance.. I tried to get to periscope depth to fire a last torpedo for the destroyer but the repair screen has been my last screenshot :yep:

i´m playing GWX 2.1. Someone can tell me with which mod can i see the huge holes in the hulls of the ships (4.-5 pages before)? :o In GWX alone, only a black shadow in the site of impact.

Forgot to answer - It is part of a mod that I am working on. What I would love to do is have different types of escape craft depending on the ship. For instance, lots of lifeboats and motor launches for battleships and troop carriers, and on the other hand a few small rafts for fishing vessels, & so on.

Hi, one question about many of the pictures here.
Where do you find such BB, cruisers, etc? While on patrol in your careers or in single missions? I hadn´t the option to see a task force, i´m always hundreds of km away when i receive the messages.

Is that a version of the JU-88 bombing the Rodney? If so, I have never seen that type, w/the extra nose guns. Interesting.

Strange that there are so many screenshots of the Nelson and Rodney buying it, when in actuality the two vessels got off pretty lightly during the war.

As for DBSM, thanks for the compliment, but all I did was convert it from SH2 to SH3 format. In the readme I credit the guys who did the real work. Still, I love it and it's fun to share.:sunny:

I would be extremely suprised if TJ is using a graphic mod seeing as how he is a member of the GWX crew :hmm:

I'll go for either Picasa or CS2....CS3 even, if he has it yet.

I've been known to be wrong in the past mind :lol:@Progrocker; Jim and Han are correct, 3 of the 4 examples you copied were edited using Google's Picasa mostly changing the lighting and colouring of the the images using the glow, warmify, and playing around with the shadows and highlights. Some of my shots in the Realistic Photo's thread are further edited in CS3 to add aging effects and photo paper borders.

The interior shot is completely unedited.

All of the images are from GWX2.1 with no additional graphical mods at all. TBH I'd love it if these sorts of colours and lighting effects appeared in game.
