This is only the Imperial Nomograph overlayed onto the new V1.3 Menu.ini

I DID not create this mod, cdrake66 did, his read me is included. All i did was the leg work to get it into V1.3

I will try and combine this with; weathered better scopes, and one of Darkship's chronos as they become available.
