Swastika Enabler (JSGME Compatible)

Well, I personally thought the German Naval Jack in the Recognition Manual looked particularly stupid, just being a white circle in a red field, and I had heard of other mistaking it for the Japanese flag under pressure, so I created a mod that will add in the Swastika. I realize that you will probably never ID any German ships, but I think this adds a bit of realism anyway.

Canadian Flag Fix (JSGME Compatible)

Now, I realize that the Canadian flag in the game is technically correct, as it has a different aspect ratio than other flags, but as it is it appears to have a black stripe at the bottom, and I just thought it looked silly, so I stretched it down to fill the whole flag space. I don't know if this really qualified as a fix, as much as it is personal preference, but I called it one for lack of a better term.
