[REL] ROW improved night visibility

Hi all,

Due to very popular demand, I have made a new version of my enviroment-textures for those who need some more visibility during nighttime.

The night colour is not the same as Redwines, because of the new sun sets / sun rise work for ROW.
I have adjusted the dawn and night colours to a more bright blue.

I am sure the member's of the Sub sim comunity with less than perfect eye sight will be very thankfull for your extra work and time on this for them.

Where am I? Is this the ROW thread? OH, just a ROW related thread. Warped in from an RSS link and a little dizzy.

Seeing better is good for some, but you know what would be good for all? Tweaking parameters so we can make moonless, clear sky night surface attacks. Duck, here comes the monkey wrench! Without messing up any of the good game behavior we have.

No this is not a ROW thread, it's my own litlle modification of the enviroment-textures to satisfy those who have trouble seeing the ships during nighttime. (including myself

)

Please note that the visibility will still be poor, when it's raining or foggy.

LeoVampire and some others PM'ed for this and Leo suggested it should be in it's own thread, so here it is.
