[REL] Precision Bearing Chart Stage 1

Hi all...

Nothing new, just the same i made for the periscope of SH2 and SH3... a more precise bearing chart.

It gives you a minimun division of 1 degree, chart is marked one by one degree.

May be useful for those interested into manual TDC.

Sadly this game use .dds files, wich do not suppot non power of 2 texture sizes, may be it is posible using the texture decompressed... but not sure. Almost .dds converters not accept non power of 2.

1024, 2048 are not good sizes to make 360 marks.

Any way it looks fine.
