I am confident now to say that not many would have needed to die anyway if only the nutritional status of populations would be not on such an industrial garbage level as is the case. People may be well-supplied, in fact hopelessly oversupplied, with carbohydrates, but they are dangerously ill-nourished regarding macro and micro nutrients, as a result they already are heavily loaded with inflammations of many kinds, leading to further deseases, and their immunological response options in their bodies are dangerously hampered. You know the old rule: crap in - crap out. This is so true for eating. And I further claim that not only is veganism, this proposed solution to climate issues and health issues and social imbalance issues and God knows what else, not only is not one bit better than carb-heavy diets, but it is possibly even more dangerous, killing people even many years earlier than carbs-induced insuline resistence does if people do not jump off veganism as long as they still can, with insuline resistence mostly killing not after several decades. Vegans often run into threatening health issues already after just a one digit number of years. Over 90% of vegans soone ror later get serious health problems they cannot avoid even if aggressively supplementing, and children of vegan parents have drastically increased likelihoods to develope a variety of different physical and mental deficits and defects.

You know the chorus that now comes: boost levels upwards for vitamin D3 (massively), (liposomal) vitamine C (even more drastically, Zinc, Magnesium, vitamin K2, check your iron levels, expose yourself to sunlight (infrared radiation!), avoid Omega-6, take Omega 3, I am also focussed on reduced Q10, take plenty of animal protein and animal fat, inhale hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 - oh the warnings, oh the drama, oh the fear mongering! :har: ).

If our health "authorities" and "experts" would be so right as they constantly imply, I would need to be dead by now, after the past three years, considering the many things I took and many tings I still take ( I adapt my supplementations to my becoming a carnivore) , and the health practices I run. Instead I am off my blood pressure medications, haven't been ill in the slightest since Covid began, loose weight while eating fat and meat like a king, and feel as good and energetic like i felt last time when I was young and just had left school - thats almost 40 years ago...! Not to mention that I "cured" the diabetes-2 of my father and made him skipping his statins and metformin as well and normalised his blood pressure.

We should refocus on the nature of science: science never proclaims penultimate truths but theories, and all theories there ever have been since their appearance have been proven wrong. All of them. Even what we believe today in mainstream thinking, or what I claim food- and health-related, sooner or later will be left behind and will be replaced with explanation models better suited to predict things and so allow us better to adapt our behaviour and decision-making in advance. But never forget this: scientific results are temporary only, and in the end are ALWAYS wrong, including the current dogmata and paradigms. This is especially true for ecotrophology, the science of eating and nutrition, whcih I see no more as science, but merely Coffee-talk, Bach flowers, pendulums and charlatanry on the niveau of astrology and homeopathy. What I link to in the health thread just is the best what we currently can show up with. Its not the final word, in science there never can and will be a final word. If you add the fact that the scientific business and methodology also has been intentionally corrupted and derailed by special interest and lobbyism and religious ideology and profit interest, then you hardly can see much reason anymore to trust something that is stated by state-enthroned "experts" and "authorities", since the state is the worst ursupator of power amongst them all, a malicous villain in itself.

There is a reason why so-called civilisational deseases are also called "deseases of the West". Populatiosn not eating like we do in the west, do not show many desease that now are pandemic here in the West - and in the East and South where they take over Western food. The link is so ver,y very obvious. Its a catastrophe that especially American food regiments are spreading around the world so drastically now, mercilessly enforced by the most criminal and ideologically derailed intentions, for the standard American diet, ironically referred to by its acronym SAD :) , is amongst the most toxic crap man does eat on this planet nowadays, if not being the worst crap. Hunger kills. SAD kills, too. But it kills in a far more expensive and prolongued fashion.

We are wanted by those at the top to be weak and ill. Only when we are ill we can be abused and can be made good use of to generate them neverending profits. If we were healthy, they could not cash in big time on us. Only suffering patients are customers that endlessly return. Healing therefore is not wanted, and the system shows that. People who heal outside the rules and procedures even get criminalised and persecuted. The "health" industry has exactly zero interest in your health being intact.

Summary

Background

Although the long-term health effects of COVID-19 are increasingly recognised, the societal restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic hold the potential for considerable detriment to cognitive and mental health, particularly because major dementia risk factors—such as those related to exercise and dietary habits—were affected during this period. We used longitudinal data from the PROTECT study to evaluate the effect of the pandemic on cognition in older adults in the UK.

Methods

For this longitudinal analysis, we used computerised neuropsychology data from individuals aged 50 years and older participating in the PROTECT study in the UK. Data were collected from the same participants before the COVID-19 pandemic (March 1, 2019–Feb 29, 2020) and during its first (March 1, 2020–Feb 28, 2021) and second (March 1, 2021–Feb 28, 2022) years. We compared cognition across the three time periods using a linear mixed-effects model. Subgroup analyses were conducted in people with mild cognitive impairment and in people who reported a history of COVID-19, and an exploratory regression analysis identified factors associated with changes in cognitive trajectory.

Findings

Pre-pandemic data were included for 3142 participants, of whom 1696 (54·0%) were women and 1446 (46·0%) were men, with a mean age of 67·5 years (SD 9·6, range 50–96). Significant worsening of executive function and working memory was observed in the first year of the pandemic across the whole cohort (effect size 0·15 [95% CI 0·12–0·17] for executive function and 0·51 [0·49–0·53] for working memory), in people with mild cognitive impairment (0·13 [0·07–0·20] and 0·40 [0·36–0·47]), and in people with a history of COVID-19 (0·24 [0·16–0·31] and 0·46 [0·39–0·53]). Worsening of working memory was sustained across the whole cohort in the second year of the pandemic (0·47; 0·44–0·49). Regression analysis indicated that cognitive decline was significantly associated with reduced exercise (p=0·0049; executive function) and increased alcohol use (p=0·049; working memory) across the whole cohort, as well as depression (p=0·011; working memory) in those with a history of COVID-19 and loneliness (p=0·0038; working memory) in those with mild cognitive impairment. In the second year of the pandemic, reduced exercise continued to affect executive function across the whole cohort, and associations were sustained between worsening working memory and increased alcohol use (p=0·0040), loneliness (p=0·042), and depression (p=0·014) in those with mild cognitive impairment, and reduced exercise (p=0·0029), loneliness (p=0·031) and depression (p=0·036) in those with a history of COVID-19.

Interpretation

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a significant worsening of cognition in older adults, associated with changes in known dementia risk factors. The sustained decline in cognition highlights the need for public health interventions to mitigate the risk of dementia—particularly in people with mild cognitive impairment, in whom conversion to dementia within 5 years is a substantial risk. Long-term intervention for people with a history of COVID-19 should be considered to support cognitive health.

mRNA is a much hoped-for next goldrush. Anything putting the technology into doubt is being surpressed. Maybe Covid was designed to break a stalemate becasue the pharma companies tried for over ten years and completely in vein to get permission of regulators to use this technology. But the safety concerns were immense and permission was always denied. I think they maybe have used the SARS-Cov-2 virus as a door kicker to bury regulators under the door, flat on the ground then.

Vitamin A supplementation basics:


- Use Retinol (usually its in the form of retinol palmytate), not beta carotine as often mentioned by clueless vegetarians advertizing carrots. Beta carotine must be changed into retinol by the body but does so at an extremely disadvantageous transformation rate. It was once assumed to be around 6:1 to 8:1 (you need 8 parts of beta carotine to make 1 part of retinol from it), then they realised it was higher, 12:1, then claimed to be 24:1, now you have findings ranging from 36:1 to even over 44:1. With veggies you may be able to gain the mere essential minimums of vitamin A, but an essential minimum and an optimum level are two different things. For an assumed optimum supply with retinol from carrots' beta carotine, you would need to eat a minimum of not less than 3-4 kg of carrots every day. Bon appetit.



- If carrots or veggies for vitamin A production (its a multi-stage chemical process) , eat with some oil or fat. Retinol usually comes in flasks with a retinol solved in an oil. However, absorption by the body benefits if you still eat a small ammount of second fat or oil togetehr with it - that is true for all fat-solvable vitamins and even Omega-3 oil in general, never depend on just the oil in the flask or capsule, always add some fatty or oily food, or a tablespoon of separate oil with it, or a slice of creamy cheese, salami, etc.


- Vitamin A accumulates faster than other vitamines, and a bit more care must be taken when supplementing it (I do, btw.). Safe doses usually are seen to be in the maximum range of up to 10,000 to 12,000 IUs, but I have so far not heard of red anything that convinced me that such doses are really needed, especially in the West. I keep it to 5,000 IUs therefore, that equals 3 drops from the oil I use.



- Vitamin A has a close link to Vitamine D, both vitamins can almost recylce each other, are functionally close relatives, can often use the same cell receptors to dock on cells, and cooperate in various functions of the metabolism, especially on my mind is for example the countering of free calcium in the blood and calcium in plaques. They form Osteocalcin and Matrix GLA proteine that both need activation (by hydroxilation) by vitamin K2 and then work on keeping calcium in the blood low, transporting calcium into bones and teeth, and reducing calcium in plaques. Thats why I said elsewhere that vitamine A belongs in the widened circle of co-factors for vitamin D, K2 and Magnesium - they all belong together. Maybe not necessarily all is linked to evertyhign else, but certainly much is lknked to many others things. Thats why I oppose to supplement just seletively with minerlas and vitmnianes: better fire a broadl spectrum full volley shot with evertyhing, but not an single mutli mitmaine pill, but everything as an individual item, so that you can dose individually and vary timing: some supps benefit if not been taking together, but separated by 2-3 hours. Uusally its not dangerous, but just renders the taking ineffective (and thus: needlessly expensive).



- There was controversy some years ago about "vitamin A actually suppressing vitamin D", and some people even went as far as claiming that you should keep vitamine A out of your food as best as you can. A famous propagator of this irresponsible Quatsch is Dr. Mercola, who seem to be a famous lifestyle doctor in the US selling his own overpriced supplementation products and enjoying quite some popularity amongst his audience. Well, I heard him preaching quite some more nonsense like that, some of that really putting your health at risk like for example that iron is killing us, and that we should avoid eating any iron-containign foods, and men should ta best even loose blood twice a month to keep their iron levels down - while we indeed talk about iron being one of the most pandemically present nutrients deficits of a nutrient world wide, eoseicflaly but not only amoingst women (by which I do jto say you should supplement iron without blood work and a resulting diagnosis for an iron deficit, becasue true also is that with suplkementing iron you indeed can easily do harm, it sone of the nutrients that get much advertised but of whcih i woudol say keepo your hands of it as logn as you do not hav ea dman good reason explkained by a doctor - as long as this doctor is not Mercola). - In summary: when it comes to this controversy around vitamine A blocking vitamin D: its BS, ignore it, and ignore this Dr. Mercola. I had two books by Mercola, in the beginning of my quest into all this nutrition and supplementation stuff. I red both only the first third and then threw both books away.

I claim:

Covid strikes where it meets populations with deficitary immunological functions, mostly due to nutritional deficits. Inmates of elder care homes. Obese, diabetic patients of all ages. Carbohydrate junkies. People running low on sunlight exposure time (infrared and UV: interferone and Vitamine D).

Just look at what cheap junk old people usually get fed in elder care homes. On average in Germany they get 12-13 drugs every day, half a dozen due to symptoms, the toher half a dozen to suppress symptoms from the first half a dozen drugs interacting with each other in an unwanted way. Just look at the statistics pointing at how dominant people with weight problems are amongst patients with Covid: obesity, diabetis, follow-on complications from this. Even yopung ones, athletic, well-trained young people, can get it. I strongly assume that their sports program gets accompanied by modern aware food regimens based on plants and modern food philosophy that necessarly leads to nutrients deficits. Or they drink carbs bombs: energy drinks with plenty of sugar and/or "good chemical agents" so that "they can perform better".

We are all overfed with carbs (=energy). But most of us are extremely nutrients-deficient due to our stupdi modern ideas on what healthy food habits are: no meat, plenty of veggies, no dairy products, plenty of fruits, plenty of cereals, full corn. Terrible.

[Tichys Einblicke] Researchers and doctors in Asia are calling for an immediate stop to so-called Covid vaccinations with mRNA gene therapies. The Japanese "Vaccine Issues Study Group", consisting of recognized experts such as Masanori Fukushima (Professor Emeritus at Kyoto University), Yasufumi Murakami (Professor at the University of Tokyo) and Masayasu Inoue (Professor Inoue at Osaka City University), identified 201 diseases and 3071 side effect reports that can be caused by the mRNA "vaccination".

The diseases and side effects occurred in "all medical fields" and affected "all organs without exception". The research group found that, unlike the predictable and known side effects of chemotherapy, the side effects of mRNA injections were unpredictable and could "occur simultaneously throughout the body".
The toxic spike protein and the lipid nanoparticles that transport it are responsible for this. According to the research group, the combination of substances leads to violent reactions in the immune system. To make matters worse, it was shown that the vaccination stimulates the production of the IG4 antibody, which in turn suppresses the immune system. A public inquiry into excess mortality in 2021 has now been launched in the Philippines. More than 262,000 excess deaths were recorded that were not due to Covid. Dan Fernandez, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, was "shocked" by the Department of Statistics' figures. Even in 2022, excess mortality stands at 67,000 deaths. The Daily Telegraph New Zealand, which reported on the studies, pointed out that in all countries with high vaccination rates, there has been an unexplained excess mortality since 2022.

I was, as I admitted repeatedly, intially quite pro vaccination and for self-isolation, giving "them" the benefit of doubt and assuming their good will while I knew nothing about the virus, mRNA technology and spoike proteins. I got doubts after one years, and drmataically u-turned after another half a year in my views of this crime that i now see as a conspiracy against humanity, and a monstrous crime. So, at least I demonstrated that I can learn.

In my defence, however, I have also been an advocate of taking high doses of vitamin D from the very beginning of this drama, as early as spring 2020 on. And I was on the side of truth this time, obviously.

I am on 20,000 IUs of Vit D, additionally the co-factors. I have fired two doctors I was patient of, and two doctors of my parents. My trust in the health system and health and food politics nowadays I can describe with mathematical precision: its exactly nil point nil nil nil.

I also recommend to take huge doses of liposomal Vitamine C - which they also try to ban (and already had banned for some time in the 80s in the US). I take 2x 1000mg and 1x 2000mg of liposomal Vitamine C per day.

I have not been even mildly ill since I started all this in 2020. No flu, No cold. No nothing. Before that, I had flus and colds 6-8 times a year.

But the degeneration of health the wide population suffers from not having them available weighs multiple times as heavy. Have 70 years of totally misled nutrition recommendations leading to a pandemic in obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular and coronary herat deseases, inflammatory deseases and autoimmune deseases taught you nothing? And whereever in the world this system takes hold and dominates the food habits, the health of people massively degenerate in short time.

Still not conviced? Then maybe its time to not only read 1984 again, but even more: read Brave New World. We thought these novels were Science Fiction. We were wrong. They are documentaries.

Negotiations on WHO pandemic treaty have failed for the time being


Negotiations on an international pandemic treaty in the responsible Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) of the World Health Organization (WHO) came to an end on Friday without an agreement.

This marks the end of the committee's mandate. The negotiations are now to be continued in the World Health Assembly.

The WHO's highest decision-making body established the negotiating body in 2021 to draw up an agreement or other instrument to strengthen pandemic preparedness and response. In particular, the aim was to expand early warning systems, secure their funding and ensure that countries have equal access to protection instruments. The latter in particular met with resistance from rich countries. Another difficulty in the negotiations was widespread disinformation about the planned document.

“Some time ago, I thought I would stand on this table and sing a song while emptying a bottle of champagne over my head,” said Roland Driece, co-chair of the panel. “But of course we're not going to do that today, because we're not where we hoped to be at the beginning of this process.”


WHO Secretary-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said that great progress had been made. According to official figures and a high number of unreported cases, more than seven million people have died as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The whole world has been taken hostage by Covid, he said. The world is still not prepared for the next pandemic. “We have to keep reminding ourselves that as humans we tend to forget the pain and move past it when it's really not that big anymore,” Tedros said. “Of course we should move on, but we should also always remember the problem that happened and not rest until the solution comes.”

Critics complain that the pandemic treaty would lead to a global “health dictatorship” with more bureaucracy and control and would undermine state sovereignty and place even more power in the hands of unelected and sometimes corrupt elites. Dr. Meryl Nass, a US-based physician and WHO critic, urges caution: “Virtually all the bad things are still there.” She points to the need to remain vigilant.


The resistance of some countries, including the UK, Slovakia and the Netherlands, to the treaty was well known. They feared a loss of their national sovereignty and refused to transfer comprehensive rights to the WHO in the event of a pandemic. In particular, there was no consensus on the question of how vaccines and medicines should be distributed fairly. The pharmaceutical industry lobby may have played a surprising role in the failure.
