A lot of playable ships won't go in together because they change the same files. So, some can be installed together, some can't.
The Bismark is a unique situation anyway, it is not in SH4 so you have to use the playable one. But either one of those ships will go against a non-playable. You just can't mix a US playable with a German playable. And a lot of times you can't mix playable from the same side, like I said they sometimes change the same files.

If you put the same two ships in an American mission, the Bismark will just sit there and do nothing. So what you need is an AI version. You can put the Bismark up against the AI version of the Iowa which is in SH4. I don't know if there is an AI version of the Bismark, but if there is you can put those together.
