Try the Large Address Aware program for having the game use the additional memory you have installed. I know, you said you tried the CCF Explorer, but try THIS program to have the games "sh4.exe" file open up to the additional memory. There could be a difference. Also, make sure you right click on the "sh4.exe" file (the one with the sub....there are two files with the same sub icon......one is the .exe file, the other is just an icon file). Open the "Properties" tab and remove the possible check mark on the "Attributes:" section under the "Read Only" heading. ![]() Your sh4.exe "General" tab page should look similar to the above....except for the "Dates". I've never used CCF, but I HAVE used the LAA for a Windows 7 OS with more memory than what some of the older games thought would ever be advailable (like SH4). The Sid Meier's game "Railroads" crashed every time after about 10-15 minutes of play. After using LAA with the .exe of "Railroads"......no more crashes!
