I voted yes, but with changes.
The major mods that most, a) either use or b) are steered to when they ask what mods are recommended should be at the top. Also, a thread with links to all the models and skins that have been developed is something most players (I think) keep a regular eye on. I know I am constantly looking for new skins on the SH3 and SH4 forums.
