Did you look at their badges? They're Eagle Scouts. And even though I don't know squat about firearms, I know enough that the orange on the muzzles indicates that the weapon is an airsoft rifle.

They may be eagle scouts, perhaps brought into the FEMA Corps thing.I said they were airsoft guns in original post.They are young, sure they were trained with real weapons as well.Bottom line, they are supposed to have no military or LE function, basically act as relief workers, then they do not need weapons and tactics training but they have another purpose, train them so if they need to arm them, they can be.Basically.Indoctrinate them young, when needed, they should have loyalty burned into them, then arm them.
