Can anyone actually quote the portion of the law that was passed that creates this "private army"? I keep hearing that it exists, but I've never seen anyone quote it.

Make sure you highlight the important parts, or at least bookmark the pages you think are important. After I get a chance to read it, we can discuss it all you want. Also, include some non-biased sources on his background, so I can examine those, as well.

Ill find it, yes there was a link in the old threat.Of course it didnt say "private army" , it was something they called the commissioned corps or something, the law called for it to be expanded under DHS I believe .I posted about this and of course was mocked by the nay sayers in here.However, I knew I was right and now with FEMA corps graduating, DHS stockpiling ammo, launching urban warfare training in Miami, Houston(look it up, it happened) , buying APC's for urban environment.All fits together, just have to wake up, not be naive enough to assume the government will restrain itself.The naivete of some is just unbelievable .

DHS != Public Health Service.
Doctors, nurses, and other health professionals != "Obama's Private Army".

No, it is called literary perspective and narrative. I would expect that someone who claims to be in law school should be able to understand those concepts. However, it would not be the first time that I was wrong.

I understand the concept but again, it's a false argument to say his quotes are taken out of context.Want context?
