He has fought doping allegations since his first Tour win.

The only evidence against him is accusation by others.

But he has been stripped of his titles and banned.

He is doing this in the hope he can compete again. He doesn't have any other options except retirement, and obviously he doesn't want to do that yet.

I do believe he doped and cheated.........just like every other cyclist he was trying to beat. It is the most corrupt sport in the history of sport.
I blame him not.
