Well you know some one has to ask - waht about the twisty periscope thingy?

Was it only the attack scope that had this feature or did the obs too? I took a quick peek online and in my VII sub book, and only found pictures of attack scopes with it.

I made up a real quick mod with all the attack scopes changed, but if the obs scopes should have it I can add that too. All thanks to RFB's find of course.
