Except the modding scene is not what it used to be 2-3 years ago.
And if I were to start modding SH, I'd probably stick to SH3 or SH4 which already offers a more solid base and a lot of shared knowledge. The difference in graphics is negligible between SH4 and SH5 except the hardware requirements are much higher.
