Torpedo failures in April 1941
I'm playing a career in April 1941, found a convoy full of troopships. I fired all fore tubes, aft tube, and all fore tube internal reserves (all torpedoes were G7as). All but two of them hit, none detonated.
Is this accurate? I thought that the torpedo failures had been fixed sometime after April 1940. I'm playing with all the TDW torpedo patches enabled. Should I disable some of these to make a more realistic April 1941 experience?
