Default I just love when

i am around 30 minutes from my base i get from x64 to x1 and enjoy the seagulls flying, the little green signal lights and the Wilhelmshaven harbor getting closer and closer. You pass that big Battleship on your right then turn right and you can actually see and hear the band and the girls waiting...
You are back safe after more than a month petroling the North Atlantic having to cope with winds over 13 m/s most of the time...

And Bernard shouting from the docks..."Hey what about me guys, don't leave me behind."

Oh yeah. Sailing back into port and tying up the boat is one of the highlights of the game for me.

Nothing more satisfying than getting back to port in one piece.

Even when I use Commander to "start at sea," more often than not I still sail all the way to the pen when I return.

I find that after a couple patrols starting from a new (or newly modded) base, I don't want to spend the time going all the way from pen to open sea on the way out. I'm too eager to get "out there" and head for my hunting grounds.

When I come home, I really enjoy sailing all the way back in.

I enjoy sailing in and out of the harbour. My favorite is Lorient. Of course, the return after a hard patrol is the highlight.

I love it when another edition of Balz comes out.

When shooting torpedoes at a BB (100% realism) and they explode and she sinks!
