Docking Problem

Hi everybody.I have just installed some mods on my SH5 but when i go on patrol and come back i can just Refit/Postpone and can't end patrol.
What can i do?

Mods that i use:


[REL] All Torpedo and Weapon/Sensor Upgrades
[REL] TDC (with working dials) for SH5
[REL] SuperGuns
[REL] Critical hits for deck gun
[REL] More Powerful Torpedoes
[REL] Improved Waves and Improved roll&pitch
[REL] Slower calmer Water MOD 0.5
[REL] Blue underwater impurity v1.0

but at all of them i don't see if they will destroy the game or part of it.
Can you help me?

It is not a problem with your mods. Apparently, your home port has been changed. Sometimes, while on patrol, another port will be designated as your home port. You can refit at any friendly port, but you can only end a patrol at your home port. This port is indicated by a large blue diamond with a U-boat silhouette inside of it. Check your navigation map and find out where you need to end your patrol.

Or you can try saving and reloading. Seems to fix most bugs in this game.
