Just want to add, it would be a good idea (if any of you use S3D) to start using the 'AuthorInfo' description field. Type in a version number or date and a (rough) description of the changes made (newest entry on top), and maybe even the name of who did it. This way, everybody can keep track of what version they are dealing with... If S3D is used once to save the file, minitweaker files will be unusable with it though.

You can get something to help with sun glare, see this post
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...9&postcount=15

How does the water rendering look, some work was done to it. Less or no jiggle
now

Nice pics by the way.

My waters always been ok
Water Jiggle is a minimum thing with me.

(learn to spell you bleeding provincial Giggle
is a form of laughter like im doing at you now, not be with mistaken with
Google which is where we find pictures of you doing your village people
impressions or Jiggle which is what Jello (C) does and what we're trying
to describe)

anyway as I was saying jiggle aint so bad I only get it after high
tc and I faithfully without ever looking automatically do an esc button
pause to reset it, I seriously think Ive only ever seen it twice.

To be honest skwasjer, I think only you Kriller and FF should mess with the guts of it, the rest of us can act as testers so to speak. Would avoid confusion of versions, as well as let those who know their way around S3D, do their job. Just a suggestion here.

Indeed I have no S3d experience at all at this point it would take me
a month or two to get up to speed on it I think.

I doubt that. It's really very easy (if I may say so myself), and in fact has given alot of modders more understanding of the game files. You are not doing yourself a favor by not trying. I guarantee you you will be surprised...

I agree, it's not a good idea to have dozens of active developers. I will not be actively modding the files either, because I just can't. I'm clueless regarding most of the terms and options S3D gives us (ironically ). I'll be happy to test and give support if there are technical problems (such as I did yesterday), but that's as far as my time/skill permits im afraid

I am going to try it, but not for this, as for my previously mentioned reasons

I Agree to the above. To avoid confusion of which file to work with, it would be a good ide to only have one or two working on the scene file, now I have 3 versions;

1. Skwasjers bugfree version of Daves latest work - tested and works ok
2. Foofighters version of the above. - not tested so have to dive into it to see what the changes are.
3. Swdw trying to get the fix for the ATI cards showing the sun under the horizont. - not tested so have to dive into it to see what the changes are.

Foofighters have just send me his latest work and when I receive swdw's work I will try to combine all of the above into only one file and test it.

On the other hand it warms my heart to see all of you are eager to make this happen

Thanks to all of you!

Great , are you going to PM the other testers just to be sure they see the above.

Dave would be proud to see what is happening I am sure he is smiling somewhere in the great beyond.

No need RDP, the only scene we all are testing is the bugfree version by Skwasjer or have you allso received the file from Foofighters? - I would appreciate if we only test one file at a time.

A few issues with ROW that Dave was not able to complete.
