I just sent Francisco an email, basically saying the fact Dave went along was the best thing, vs being home alone! I hope it helps and I hope I hear back from him soon. This is a shot below the belt for us all.

Thanks for the info, Torps. I hate to be repetetive, but please tell Francisco that it is not his fault and that our thoughts and prayers are with them. If anyone can pull off a recovery, it would be Dave.

I know we're all concerned about Dave's privacy - but I'd personally like to give something back if at all possible. I'm more of a lurker on these boards and I'm never really putting myself out there - but maybe we should consider setting up an account for donations whilst keeping his privacy secure, someone mentioned knowing his paypal account.

From Franc's email they appear to be in a tight situation and I can't bear sitting here thinking about how helpless he must feel right now - and if I could help ease that burden in any way possible so Franc could be with Dave, or vice versa.. I'd feel a hell of a lot better (not that this is about me - i'm sure you all know what I mean).

Thanks to all of you for finding out what was the matter with LV and for posting it on the forum. What can I say? Just read the message from Torps and although I know of some remarkable recoveries after a stroke, it does not feel right. Let's hope for the best. Aniuk
