So keep your eyes peeled for this man Werner Nobis!!

Arrest him for illegal competition against Bernard.

If you're using SH3 Commander the chance of getting any particular name is vitually nil. If you do get that name, run!

At least it didn't turn out to be a set up to be ambushed by destroyers.
