Is the WoS expansion pack the full Mod as it doesn't show up in JSGME

the main mod is now integrated as part of the installation so you will not see it.

there are only about 20 add-on mods in the folder

there are over 100 mods integrated into the game which will not show in JSGME. You will only see the optional add on mods.

The Option File Editor Viewer runs automatically and shows 9 folders that can be edited.

The 9 folders you refer to I think you mean the Generic Patcher.

What I am after is to have the officers icons and to be able to teleport as I used to before reinstalling the game,

You should be able to see all the officers at the bottom of you screen.

Short cut key for teleporting is T.

Do we still get a Ship recognition book, if we do where is it

, Short cut key is E.

it isn't on a tab around the sides.
