I'm having a texture issue.

UPDATE 2: Having issue on mod 1 (TMO 2.5). Texture issues straight away...
UPDATE: Removed Ralles Modsoup and all seemed to be fine, but moving through compartments made the game CTD. Will try a third reinstall with everything except ralles modsoup and see if that works.

I can tell you that I have the same issue! Haven't fixed it.

Just started trying to get in to sh again but it's painfull...

Here is my mod soup if that makes you wiser, graphic patch was installed when the problem came up so ignore it's position in the screenshot:
