Hi Ashikaga
If you are referring to the patrol grid objective 24 and 48 hours then you cannot make a game save once entering the area until the time is completed. You will receive a radio message or can see it in the Captain's Log telling you the start time. When completed you can see it on the left side of the Captain's Log in green. Peter
