Thanks to this important topic! According to me the best way to continue the campaign without any problems.

Didn't you find a way to completely remove the tonnage bar from the campaign, vdr? I distinctly remember seeing no tonnage bar or campaign points in TWoS. Mind sharing the secrets of miracle work with us mere mortals?

No miracles here, I just removed damn thing and made few campaign cfg tweaks to support the changes...

I'm getting a headache because of all this "conspiracy talk" :P

Is the tutorial provided on the first page for the "vanilla" SH5 or the "modified" SH5. And I hope you understand what I mean by "vanilla". Or "modified". lol.

In order to track down your gamesaves better, you should sort your gamesave folders by date modified and especially pay attention to time of gamesave creation because this is the best indicator which will help you to match your silly named gamesave folders to those shown in ingame save/load menu.
Just for info, you can confirm the actual title of the gamesave (what you typed in when you made the save) in the "ReplayInfo.rep" file contained in that particular gamesave.

Mama's fix one didn't work for me (win10) Mama's fix two works perfect!!!

I think the reason the game ends a couple of days after the deadline is :

Look at the date in the game : it's 19 december

Then i exit the game.........and it's 16 december!!!

Strange indeed...Never had anything similar in my game. Do you have any idea what can case this? Are you sure that you skipped stock game tutorial when you were starting your campaign?

Thanks for the tutorial, I experienced the same bug.
However, I have one problem: My save game is automatically synced with Ubisoft's cloud, despite having set my profile to offline mode and disabled safe game synchronisation in Uplay. So far, I do not seem to be able to change campaigns like in this tutorial, most likely due to the synchronisation.
How can I truly turn it off?
Thanks.

Best,
Brett

Fixed the campaign now, I was editing the wrong save location.
However, I cannot change my boat from Typ VIIA to VIIB.
What do I do wrong?

Best,
Brett

Hi BS
Changing from a VIIA to VIIB boat is done by the game as you progress through the missions.
When you have met the requirement you will be automatically be offered the VIIB.
You can start your campaign with the VIIB by adding the mod which comes with the TWOS additional mods.
