Re-enable AP Shells in GWX3.0

Yes complete success. It was a little sneaking semicolon ; in the menu_1024_768.ini that i wasnt see the previous times when i was searching it, if you remove it then the shells appear again. And now lets see the solution:

note1* I do not use steam i have an old-time cd-rom of the game and i am using the rld exe
note2* You can find though in steam by the same name were i play my E:TW and N:TW
