Whether they feel it or not is neither here nor there, unless they fancy being taken to court then they'd have to abide by the regulations that they signed.

I imagine UKIP would quietly sponsor his return, just so they can score points while watching the Tories ineffectually battle the EU courts.

Wasn't there a case where Italy ignored an EU court ruling and thought it better to pay a fine rather than allow an undesirable remain.
