I read that Italy had a similar dilemna with a north african around 2009 and ignored the EU court ruling and sent the garbage back anyway....they were fined 12,000 Euros (approx. £10,000) by the EU.

Cheap at one hundred times the price....send the bugga back!!!!!!

Too much cultural degeneration, to much lack of class and nobleness, too much bureaucracy and laws, too many exceptions from the rules. And every year it becomes worse, and more laws jump into being.

Don't discuss too loud. Poor Abu Quatada needs his healthy sleep at nightime, you know.
