Abu Qatada deportation ruling awaited

This individual must be costing an absolute fortune in costs and representation fees to bring to justice :nope:

Quote:

Judges are to give their ruling on whether the radical cleric, Abu Qatada, can be deported to Jordan where he is accused of plotting bomb attacks.
The European Court of Human Rights had earlier blocked Abu Qatada's removal because of concerns evidence obtained by torture would be used against him.
Home Secretary Theresa May says she has been assured this will not happen.
The ruling will come from judges at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Siac), a semi-secret court.

He's just won his appeal so the government wil now appeal the decision....more tax payers money down the drain :nope:

Quote:

The home secretary has branded the ruling "deeply unsatisfactory".

Am not surprised our extremely useless home secretary couldn't run a bath or organise a piss up in a brewery:nope:

Well, that didn't work, did it! Time for a sniper to end this farce!:D

I read that Italy had a similar dilemna with a north african around 2009 and ignored the EU court ruling and sent the garbage back anyway....they were fined 12,000 Euros (approx. £10,000) by the EU.

Cheap at one hundred times the price....send the bugga back!!!!!!

Once again superior Western law philosophy has made itself look like a total idiot in the face of terrorists and mass murderers, with the latter smiling in our faces and not even hiding their disgust for our weak "systems".

---

Three days ago, the German socialists, SPD, have met with Hamas representatives once again in their ongoing mission to play an important and indispensable role in Palestinian liberation. After the meeting, the SPD's party general Andrea Nahles spoke of the similarities in ideological goals of German socialism and palestinian Hamas terrorism, explicitly mentioning that the SPD and the Hamas are "sharing values" (original quote) and are linked in a "strategic partnership" (original quote).

A British court rating the interest of a spiritual mastermind behind massmurder as higher than the interests of his victims, past and future ones, in principle blows into the same horn. Message sent by this news: British law protects mass murder and bomb plotting.

Well, Western courts are a bad joke anway these days. I put not more trust into them than I do when flipping a coin. Too much cultural degeneration, to much lack of class and nobleness, too much bureaucracy and laws, too many exceptions from the rules. And every year it becomes worse, and more laws jump into being.

Don't discuss too loud. Poor Abu Quatada needs his healthy sleep at nightime, you know.

Sorry to point out that you are as usual talking crap, it is the politicians who have made themselves look like total idiots.
If some backwards fundamentalist stunt thinks the system is disgusting then that is a good indication that the system is good.

No one has been put higher than anyone else, the British court ruled that all accused are equal before the law.

Well move to Saudi where your views are normal.

So thats cut through that rubbish so onto the meat of the topic.
Why the hell doesn't the British government stop trying to dodge the bullet and actually put this idiot on trial for all the long list of crimes they say he has committed in their country?

Sorry for zombying this thread, but this story really calls for the man now suing the UK for getting back into Britain. :D

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-29340656

Well, in that case I would express my condolences for our British friends on the other side of the channel, but as has been said in unforgettable words by former German national football player, Andreas Brehme: "Hast du Sch###e anner Hacke, hast du Sch###e anner Hacke. " (that is original quote, translated: If you have brown stuff on your heels, you have brown stuff on your heels).

Since Allah seems to be with him, you better already start to prepare the welcome back party! :D

"The UK courts here were very clear that Abu Qatada poses a threat to our national security. That's why we were pleased as a government to remove him from the UK.

"He is subject to a deportation order, he is also subject to a UN travel ban. That means he will not be returning to the UK."

Says it all for me.

For all your wife's what?

Jimbuna 09-24-14 09:59 AM

Any government allowing him back into the UK would immediately lose all credibility (if they had any in the first place) in the eyes of the British electorate.
