I made this one, found here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=106923. It's based on the actual ones used. More info. found on the HNSA website. I also purchased a digital version of the ONI 208-J recognition manual, which I intend on printing out to have a replica recognition manual to flip through for immersion purposes. When complete, it will be about 300 pages!
