And and private entity doesn't need to respect that freedom or give them a TV show.

There should've been more options ... I decided to see my first duck calling show Thursday when A&E out of the goodness of their heart decided to have a marathon all day showing of his show.

It was okay, a show about a hillbilly redneck water park in their own neck of the woods with the kids having a good time, but I doubt if I will be back to see it again. I would rather watch a cooking show I've seen before than watch them talk slow and act dumb.

The fact that I watched it for the first time was due to all the up roar about what one man's opinions amount to. He has that right to say he doesn't like gays and that it is a sin to be one.

Someone else back there in another post said that GQ set him up with the question knowing full well it would cause the next issue of GQ to sell out.

What's a redneck with funny clothes and long hair doing in a magazine like that anyway?

A&E might even be involved due to the fact that next years shows have already been filmed and are in the can waiting to be shown, duh.

The people all mad at Phil are not rednecks, they are the self righteous bigots that proclaim being pro any sexual orientation you want is okay.

If America was a ship these angry mobs of people would be polite enough to give you a life jacket and make you walk the plank to get off of their ship.

If this was Canada they would fine you $350,000 for any anti gay remarks that make it to the airwaves. I'm not too sure about printed articles, but what he said has made it to the main stream media.

It's a sign of the times ... the next person to have views different than what is being birthed from freedom of men and women becoming liberated will choke the freedom and the right to speak what others think, resulting in cancelation of the show you have created by bombarding the sponcers of said show to boycott their products.

It's a no win situation for rednecks
