I must admit, I've never given this much thought to organizing my crew.

I never did either until half my crew was injured. In order to keep the sub running I had to find working men for all shifts. This meant moving some around. I don't regret the air attack. Its taught me about whos who on my crew and made me a better captain. I am confident now of getting the best performance from my boat and crew.
