Honestly yeah, it was the voice. Too over acted.

I love Bale as an actor, he is brilliant. Just not here.

I am also a comic book nerd, and alot of the movies got away from them. Bob Kane would have never sanctioned half this crap.

(Fun fact Kane Actually recommended Nicholson to play the Joker in the 1998 film) IMHO Keaton flopped Nicholson was an awesome Joker, Cesar Romero would be proud.
