My friend Rocky lost the lower part of his right leg to an infection in 1995. For the next sixteen years his friends encouraged him to get a handicap parking sticker. He always said the same thing: "Why? I have this prosthetic leg that works almost as good as the original. I can walk through the mall for hours. I can walk across a parking lot too. I'm not handicapped!"
