Alright , start a new campaign . When in the bunker hit Esc and go back to the load a save , reload the bunker save that was just created . Click on the technical officer in the bunker and see if you can enter the upgrade screen . Hit Esc again and go to options and adjust your realism settings . Speaking of upgrades, i think i upgraded deck gun from 88 to 105mm. I spent 2000, but when i was on patrol, the old 88 was still there I guess it will be fixed too, after i start new one and follow instructions
