I tryied yesterday with new campaign, skipped tutorial, sunk 5 or 6 ships still got same result as today. Mission not completed.

Alright , start a new campaign . When in the bunker hit Esc and go back to the load a save , reload the bunker save that was just created . Click on the technical officer in the bunker and see if you can enter the upgrade screen . Hit Esc again and go to options and adjust your realism settings . Go back to the bunker and click on the flotilla comander and choose the mission . Start the patrol and make sure you get a loading screen before being placed on the sub .
