Fahrenheit aka Indigo Prophecy
 And the best "jumper" I've seen was in FEAR 2 (or 1), the room with the pool in it, the lights go out and if you have your flashlight pointed somewhat level or slightly downwards as you scan the room, you'll see a very brief glimpse of the little girl standing RIGHT next to you. Brilliantly executed.
