1. Should the government prohibit gun ownership by private citizens?

Never

2. Should Marijuana should be legalized?

Only under specifically controlled conditions. Medical use, private residence use, non-public use etc. legalized possession under certain conditions etc.

3. Should the death penalty be abolition?

No

4. Should the government control, regulate, and ban video games, including banning video game sales to teens?

No, the government should not control any form of information, entertainment, art, expression, speech etc.

5. Should we pull our troops out of Afghanistan?

Yes, with the majority of the pullout occurring within approximately 60 months

6. Should abortion be legal or illegal?

Illegal, unless on the condition that the mother or infant may be killed or severely injured etc if the pregnancy is continued to term

7. Should stem cell research be legal?

yes, if harvesting could be done without interference with unborn children

Some industries should have light regulation to protect the public interest and consumers (hence FAA, FTC the FCC and other entities.) but this should be the bulk of government intervention.
