Would like to answer it, even not being USA citizen/resident, just an opinion from a spanish citizen
1. Should the government should prohibit gun ownership by private citizens?
No

2. Should Marijuana should be legalized?
Yes

3. Should the death penalty be abolition?
I think that not every state of the USA applies it, so...has the crime rate of the states that apply it get lower? If yes, then it shouldn´t be abolished.

4. Should the government control, regulate, and ban video games, including banning video game sales to teens?
No

5. Should we pull our troops out of Afghanistan?
I have heard that it is going to be done

6. Should abortion be legal or illegal?
Legal

7. Should stem cell research be legal?
Yes

8. Should criminals who sexually assault and/or rape children under the age of 13 be killed, castrated, chemically castrated, or simply imprisoned and registered as a sex offender?
Shoot them in the head, and make it public. Maybe the rest of them will think twice before getting near to a child.

9. Should the police get money directly from tickets or should ticket money be put in with other government spending?
For the police

Not sure....if Iranian nuclear weapons program must be stopped...what about Indian, Pakistan, Israel, North Korea.......?

It is a matter of Koreans... do they want it?

No. Maybe the way is to let them pay less taxes until they recover.

IMHO that will be an error. Here in Spain (and this is just my opinion) the armed forces are now a joke, due to the policies of the left winged governments (as a joke, some spanish claim that now our armed forces are deployed to put on stitches to wounded terrorists.) Don´t misunderstand me...I feel proud of our army, but I think that they must have better equipment. Moreover (and again my opinion) you don´t train a man in how to defend and protect your country and then send him with outdated equipment to a "hot" area with orders of just remain there trying not to offend anybody by acting as an army. Does not have sense for me.

Illegal immigration IS one of the major problems for European countries right now. So...yes

Correct. So the free lunch does not exist. I love our governments attempt at dragging our broadband into the current century be using 20 odd billion taxpayer dollars to build a new fibre network around the country which they will then slug users an estimated 200 bucks per year to use! Well, probably. The cost would have to be offset somehow. Does the gubmint provide it there in your neck of the woods? Hadn't even heard of the concept till I came across this thread.
