hehe, no problem there fella.
Perhaps my post does come across as a little arrogant - I'll concede that. You loose much with only having printed words and not the expressions and gestures you have with a face to face conversation to convey meaning and intent. But hyperbole aside, I make a point of not judging a person by the colour of their skin, or any other arbitrary social identification. It's not how I was brought up to behave. Colour is a very emotive subject for many people. Unfortunately it is usually very difficult to get beyond such emotion, even in a place like this. I have lived abroad and at home with many diverse communities and peoples and not once have I found any evidence to suggest that there's any difference between any of us that makes one person better than another because of their skin pigment. It's not sophistry at all; Such an exchange as this illustrates the problem (if I'm reading this correctly anyway). One can use a word or description to convey an idea without attributing or implying a belief or connotation of personal prejudice to that word, and it is a mistake to make the assumption that there's some other subtext being conveyed. So the sarcasm is not required. Call it what you wish. I choose to see all peoples as individuals as I meet them. It's really not important to me what colour their skin is or where they are from. If you want, pm me about it. If not that's ok too.
