Improving crash dive time

No, it was good weather and sight, early in the morning I think, but then the planes where two of those hella fast Hurricanes.
Second time it was a Kingfisher, but weather was bad and sight was limited, so I understand it.

Does practice actually help to train your men? I can't quite believe that.
Anyways, I have now settled with removing the 'crew' entry in the commands_en.cfg, but would still appreciate those modified sound files.
