A 'GWXXX Herr Rottencrotch Mod v1.0', which randomly decreases crew efficiency in the first two weeks after leaving port.

Of course, after 1943, the 'GWXXX Herr Prichenjabb' Upgrade would have to become available to medic qualified officers.

I think that once a 'crotch-crickets' mod of some sort was considered with variable effects via SH3 Commander.
