question about sound files

so how does that work? does the game random select any folder so it sounds like different people?

if so why have 10,000 speech files? seams easier to mix the personalities by station and only have 1,200 voices of the same 400 sayings. (3 levels each)

if you dont want one of these sounds at all, can you delete all 3 versions of it in all 9 files? or will it cause a ctd
