question about sound files

if you dont want one of these sounds at all, can you delete all 3 versions of it in all 9 files? or will it cause a ctd

I dont know bud,I took the folder that plays the annoying music in the game out and it didnt cause any problems..

in options you could check the box to turn off music to do that

im thinking sound files are just like the intro videos and it would be ok to delete them but this would be 45 files so ....

i guess in order to be able to do it with a jsgme mod i need to replace them all with blank wav files anyway

I think there is a mod that change thos "tension" voices.

I think it fixed the issue when you was on silent running and your crew was supposed to be quiet but when they got "nervous" they started to shout. Like

yes sir, new depth 56 meters.

and the nervous guy:

Yes sir, new depth 56 meters.

Ops i think the destroyer heard us sir.
