What can we really expect from SHV?

I want to know when Neal will be sent a beta copy of SH5 to preview? I remember Neal was sent a beta copy of both SH2 and SH3 well before release, which he independently previewed, but it didn't happen with SH4 (all Neal got was a controlled demo of what Ubisoft wanted him to see)...and we all know the state SH4 was in upon release...which is why I ask my question, considering it's now a mere 8 weeks or so until release (and we should be well past beta stage now).
