the former is someone honestly answering a question about their own religious beliefs, the later is what someone would do if they wanted to impose those beliefs on others. the former is what happened but the latter is what most people falsely believe happened.

its about a persons right to express his own religious beliefs without fear of persecution for doing so, which is exactly what they are doing to phil because he believes in god and morality.

its about freedom from persecution for expressing your religious beliefs, not free speech

And and private entity doesn't need to respect that freedom or give them a TV show.
