This was my feeling for a long time.

But he makes zero effort to fight it after all this time.

They have something on him, he feels if he concedes now, something even nastier will not come out.

I seen Barry Bonds put up more of a fight than him, and everyone knows Barry was doper. Someone has something on Lance, and is ruining him.

Not saying he was not wrong, just saying that I do not think Lance was the only doper, he just peeved the wrong folks somewhere along the line.

My humble opinion, just guessing.
