That is a fair point but when does patience run out and anger take it's place? I really am annoyed although I acknowledge, anger is going to get me nowhere. I also understand that sometimes things can get missed so a patch is required but if it is promised on a certain time then it should be delivered. I'm a patient kind of guy so I can understand the fact that maybe something came up at the last minute last time but for it to happen again is either one of the following:
Incompetence
contempt for the customer
or both

In no other business on Earth would this kind of service be acceptable, it is as simple as that
