You might not have to start your campaign over again, but you sure as snot have to start that mission over again. and if for some reason you dont pay your internet bill and it gets shut off you cant play it Nope constant internet connection to play singleplayer is a deal breaker for me.  <EDIT> oh and it takes between 3 to 5 minutes for Rise of Flight to load, even between missions.
